MM Freediving is based in South Florida and led by a certified freediving instructor with years of hands-on experience teaching both recreational freedivers and working spearfishermen. Our approach is calm, patient, and rooted entirely in safety.
We believe freediving is less about depth and more about presence. Every course strips away the noise and teaches you to be genuinely comfortable beneath the surface — not just certified, but capable.
